$100 - Follow-on sessions (60 minutes)
$1500 - Couple Intensive (20+ hours)
$200 - Weekly Group Counseling - per month
$175 - Sexual Addiction Assessment (Sexual Dependency Inventory, Sexual Addiction Screening Test, Sexual History, Sexual Timelline)
$125 - Post-traumatic Stress Assessment (Post-Traumatic Stress Inventory)
$100 - Money and Work Issues Assessment (Money and Work Adaptive Styles Index)
$75 - Individual Supervision - per hour
$50 - Group Supervision - per hour

If we do not specifically accept your insurance, we will provide you with a comprehensive billing statement that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 48 hours in advance, you may be required to pay the full session fee.
